Ava Taurel has an M.A. in Human Sexuality and Health Education from NYU. She also has a graduate degree in Forensic Psychology.
Ava is a counselor, educator and coach to individuals, couples and groups. Born and raised in Norway, she is a former actress, journalist, photographer and dominatrix who has lectured to audiences across America, Europe, and Asia.
Her controversial life, sexual exploration, compulsive overeating and inner stages of growth were subjects of the feature length documentary film by Monica Treut, Didn't Do It For Love which has been shown at film festivals around the world.
As a coach Ava enjoys working with women who wish to assert their personal and sexual persona whether it be for their own personal relationships or performance in the media. "
